In general, most of
my photography centers around a very important place to me………Deals
Gap, aka The Dragon. This motorcycle mecca, nestled in the
Great Smoky Mountains on the Tennessee/North Carolina border,
is where I not only met my husband, but also some of my best
friends. You can get more info about Deals Gap at www.dealsgap.com.
We cover the Dragon 7 days a week to capture your memory making trip. Weekend photos load into the store on Monday night and weekday photos upload within 24 hours.
Update 5-23-09: Well, we're in it now, folks. Memorial day weekend is nice and busy with good weather compared to the last few weekends. This season seems a little subdued, but we're glad to see a lot of people visiting the area and having a good time. Hopefully we'll be updating a few things in the coming weeks so watch for the changes. Have fun and ride safe!
Update 6-14-08: Well,
we're burning our way thru summer and the season has really
cranked up.
It's
great
to see friends again as they roll through on their yearly
(or monthly) trips. It's also good to make new friends,
and there's already a few of those, too. We're trying to
get
our pictures up quicker this year, but it does make for
some tricky timing, so wait 24 yours before ordering from
a Fri, Sat, Sun and give us time to get all the pictures
for that day loaded since each location loads separately.
PhotoReflect is working out some upgrades that will hopefully
make things easier, but there have been a few hiccups.
If you get an error during checkout, again, wait 24 hour
and
try again to see if it was their problem and not yours.
Other than that, ride safe and smile!
Update 4/17/08: Welcome
to Spring, folks! Things are warming up and we're starting
to see lots of
people
out and about so everyone try to be safe. This year we're
attempting to split up the upload in hopes of getting pictures
up sooner. However, when your date/event
shows up, you might want to wait 24 hours to see if another
location
is also available for that date before ordering. We're
starting to try to shoot 7 days a week, but we still reserve
the right to skip the 40 degree, windy days or the really
rainy ones. :)
